What is Against Great Darkness?
Play as a pagan deity trying to escape Lucifer by progressing through three circles of Hell.
Keep disks bouncing while fighting enemies, using their movement to activate relics and managing the threats around them. Each run offers choices such as gaining light motes, buying items, receiving a heal, or entering mystery events that can reward or hinder progress. The game includes distinct demonic enemies and bosses, while more than 100 items provide gameplay modifiers. Curses can change how a run plays, and new pagans and items can be unlocked on each run. Radiant Shards collected during attempts can be spent to empower a next run. Difficulty increases through successive levels, and each attempt offers a different experience.
