Players seeking a calm, low-intensity pace may bounce off when combat turns toward undead hordes and towering bosses. Those wanting only cooperative play may also hit a wall when encountering the included 4v4 combat.
What is After the Fall®?
After the Fall is a VR action shooter set in the frozen ruins of 1980s Los Angeles, nearly 20 years after the apocalypse.
Players can go solo or join up to three other survivors in a shared world with players on all platforms. Combat uses real-life movements to wield weapons and powers against undead hordes, special enemies, and towering bosses. Weapons can be crafted and upgraded as players develop a combat style. The game also includes fast-paced 4v4 combat. The Digital Deluxe Edition adds an Uncle Bob weapon skin, a digital artbook featuring concept art and game artwork, and the official soundtrack.

Abyssus also emphasizes tactical play and weapon refitting with ancient technologies, which are not described for After the Fall.
