Our take on Adventure Light
The store presentation foregrounds the dark forest atmosphere and mystery, while the actual structure centers on teleportation devices, environmental manipulation, collectibles, and puzzle solving. Players choosing it primarily for exploration or action may find that the teleport-based puzzle framework defines most of the experience.
What is Adventure Light?
Adventure Light is a puzzle side-scroller set in a dark, mysterious forest.
The player controls a boy carrying a magic lantern, whose teleportation ability allows a mark to be placed in the world and revisited later. Other teleportation methods include fixed two-way anomalies and a throwable gem that reaches concealed locations. Puzzles require combining these devices with interactive elements throughout the environment. Collectible items lead to hidden areas, while the setting uses dark visuals and music by Marcello Colombo to establish its atmosphere. Progress comes from manipulating the world, solving teleport-based challenges, and uncovering the forest’s mystery.
