Is AccuRC 2 worth it for you?
We tell you who should skip it, too.
Play it if you…
Good fit- RC helicopter pilots who want detailed model setup controls
- Drone and fixed-wing enthusiasts who want several aircraft types in one simulator
- Advanced RC hobbyists using a transmitter or RC-style controller
Skip it if you…
Saves you a refund- Players seeking a game that works without a physical controller
- Players wanting a single-focus drone simulator rather than several RC vehicle categories
- Players using only an Xbox-style controller who want the full RC flying experience
Our take on AccuRC 2
The focus on detailed RC control and model configuration comes with a hardware requirement: AccuRC cannot be flown without a controller. Xbox-style pads can function, but they do not provide the full RC experience described for dedicated transmitters or RC-style controllers.
What is AccuRC 2?
AccuRC 2 is an RC simulator centered on helicopters, with support for drones, fixed-wing aircraft and cars.
It models servos, blades, control surfaces, component choices and control geometries, allowing aircraft setups to be adjusted through a workbench. Training modes can add stability, while advanced pilots can configure equipment through the AH720 flybarless unit and virtual transmitter. The simulator includes aircraft, drones, quads and buggies, plus camera options including first-person view. Environments include modeled RC flying locations, stadiums, cities and islands. Flying modes cover helicopter 3D, aerobatics, drone racing and FPV. A controller is required, with support for Windows USB game controllers and PPM input through the AccuRC Dongle.
How AccuRC 2 plays

AccuRC 2 compared to similar games
Uncrashed: FPV Drone Simulator and The Drone Racing League Simulator focus on FPV drone flight, while AccuRC 2 also covers helicopters, fixed-wing aircraft, cars and other RC models. AccuRC 2 includes component-level model setup and training stability options; the alternatives’ descriptions emphasize FPV drone practice and racing.
