Our take on Abyss Cave
The game combines cave exploration with active base-defense mechanics instead of treating them as separate phases. Turrets are assembled during the expedition, while a robot gathers resources and maintains defenses amid continuing attacks.
What is Abyss Cave?
Abyss Cave follows an elite squad member sent into a vast underground cave after researchers lose contact.
A damaged drilling truck provides self-repair, ore extraction, production, and research functions during the expedition. Unknown creatures launch continuous attacks, requiring turrets to be designed and constructed in real time. A robot assistant participates in combat, collects resources, and maintains turrets. The player can develop weapons, gear, and turret units, then use different weapons and ammunition while exploring the cave and searching for scattered relics. Modular devices are assembled from interchangeable parts to create different functions. Battle turrets require weapons and ammunition boxes to operate. The objective is to uncover the underground world and escape.
