Our take on 33 Immortals
Large cooperative raids reduce the focus on individual control and small-team tactics. The design also favors short, repeatable runs, so players seeking a continuous world or carefully paced campaign give up that kind of progression.
What is 33 Immortals?
33 Immortals is a cooperative action roguelike built around 33-player runs, with solo entry or groups of up to 4 friends.
Instant matchmaking places players directly into raids without lobbies or advance planning. Runs feature monster hordes, large boss encounters, randomized enemies, rewards, encounters, and character builds. Players coordinate through emotes, pings, shared objectives, and cooperative abilities rather than voice chat, while reviving fallen allies and combining effects during battles. Each raid provides resources for permanent soul upgrades, new weapons, relics, and powers. Weapons and relics draw on sins and virtues and use different combat mechanics. The game also includes cosmetic soul customization, fast sessions, and repeatable raids focused on large-scale cooperative combat.
