Our take on 24 Killers
The store presentation foregrounds the island’s oddities and transformations, while the repeated-play structure receives less emphasis. Blessings modify later runs, but they remain optional rather than forming a separate campaign.
What is 24 Killers?
Explore a desert island as Home, a superintelligence bound to a soldier’s corpse by an alien named Moon.
Rescued monsters can become forms that grant abilities such as great strength, rapid movement, and stealth while Home assists the island’s inhabitants. Spirits called Whispers act as shop currency and an energy source for Moon. Each type has its own minigame, and Whispers change as Home gains abilities. More can be collected by drinking Shabstars and observing Blood Moons. Each save file can unlock a Blessing, an optional modification that adds challenge, speeds up future playthroughs, or changes the story. Unlocked Blessings remain available in later playthroughs.
