What is 江湖百异图?
This open-world martial arts RPG begins with training as a novice disciple at one of the schools.
Study techniques through practice, lessons, assignments, and meditation, then pass the school leader’s test to learn its signature art and leave. The world runs on its own schedule: events can occur whether or not the player is present, and characters offer more than ten ways to interact. Combat pairs learned techniques with nine opposing combat dispositions, while a character’s conduct affects their fighting style. After leaving the school, challenge bandits, found a sect, recruit and train disciples, assign officers, and enter an annual martial arts tournament. Repeated lives retain talent points, and stronger natural abilities can take multiple cycles to develop.
