What is 风信楼?
Set in a fictional era, the game follows efforts to prepare a coup while operating behind the cover of a brothel in the capital.
Players train subordinates, accumulate money, gather information and build connections before choosing a moment to seize power. The story uses a script-like format, with choices and actions shaping which events and endings appear. A first playthrough takes about 10 hours to reach an ending.
The game includes 173 formal endings, 746 or more character-specific events, 278 endings for subordinates who are not romance targets, and more than 270 other events. Later playthroughs repeat substantial portions of the main story, while different choices and actions trigger other scenarios. It supports Windows, Mac and Linux, and is available in Simplified Chinese.
