Ai and Kokoro work on a fan disc for their successful game, with Ai handling the art and Kokoro writing the plot. Saki plans an overseas trip with her lover but is asked to assist when a scenario writer disappears. Nana, now a voice performer and married to Ai, receives a letter connected to her deceased mother. Ai and Maria face challenges after moving into their own home as a married couple. The final story follows Ai as he tries to get closer to Honoka. Familiarity with Yumeutsutsu Re:Master is recommended before starting.
