Our take on Woven
Its relaxed, story-led structure gives up the intensity associated with demanding gameplay. Character changes add new puzzle abilities, but the focus stays on atmosphere, narration, exploration, and riddles rather than sustained mechanical challenge.
What is Woven?
Woven is a relaxing adventure puzzle game set in a world made from fabric.
Stuffy, a clumsy stuffed animal, travels with Glitch, a metal firefly searching for lost memories and identity. Exploration leads to secret caves, hidden fabrics, and clues about invading machines and the characters’ pasts. Solving rhythm-puzzle machines unlocks animal forms that grant different abilities, such as strength or jumping. Stuffy can also change colour to answer riddles and hide from dangers. Players customize the character with different body parts, fabrics, and animal blueprints. The game includes a fully voiced story told in rhyme, along with multiple worlds that have their own ambience, soundtrack, and story.
