Rather than using conventional kart racers, this game puts upright animals behind the wheels and adds rockets, hammers, and wheel spikes. Its race structure is paired with a comic mystery about the creatures’ origins, replacing a typical motorsport presentation with deliberately strange fiction.
What is Wild Animal Racing?
Wild Animal Racing is a go-kart racing game featuring six playable animals: an elephant, lion, zebra, giraffe, rhino, or hippo.
Races take place across four themed cups and twelve tracks, including routes in Egypt, Paris, Holland, and Iceland. Another player can join on the same computer through split-screen mode, while Steam multiplayer supports racing with friends. During races, players can collect diamonds for extra speed and use weapons such as rockets, a sledge hammer, and wheel spikes to disrupt opponents. The game also includes a World Tour and an Iceland course around a coast and volcano. Progress unlocks animations connected to the animals’ origins.
