What is Wide Open?
Wide Open is a top-down off-road racing game built around terrain that changes under vehicle wheels.
Tracks use surfaces such as mud, loam, sand, hard-packed clay, asphalt, and dirt, with layouts ranging from fast open courses to tight stadium tracks. The game includes more than 64 tracks, six vehicles with different handling, and three single-player race modes: Race, Time-trial, and Freeride. Players can set lap counts and the number of AI racers, then progress through eight race series to unlock tracks and achievements. A replay system offers four camera modes, while adjustable orbital, top-down, and follow cameras provide different views. Multiplayer includes the single-player race modes, all available tracks, official servers, and player-hosted servers with custom rules.
