What is Visitor2 / 来访者2?
Set in a boarding house during winter 2018, the game follows a detective investigating Yu Li’s death.
Players review witness testimony, evidence, reports, and surveillance clues through an interface modeled on a detective’s tablet. Information is sorted into folders and increases as the investigation progresses. Players search for connections and contradictions among several suspects and the collected material, then combine their findings to reach new conclusions about the murder. The story is presented mainly through full-motion video and live-action footage, with performances by professional actors. The game includes more than 150 videos and exhibits, along with various endings. It is a sequel to Visitor and features Qiang Sheng, Ouyang Lan, and Xiao Li as main characters.
