What is Trollskog?
Trollskog is an open-world city-building and real-time strategy game set in a forest shaped by Swedish folklore.
Players found villages, grow a kingdom, and tailor each settlement to the resources in its surroundings. Magical beings and their towns inhabit the world, alongside non-player characters who may be allies or adversaries. Quests move the narrative forward and improve relations with forest creatures. Resources can be obtained by negotiating or by fighting. Decisions about production affect the weapons and abilities available to an army in tactical combat. The game is in early access, and the current build offers a brief experience: its available quests and buildings take roughly two to three hours to finish.

- Players can choose between military action and diplomacy to secure resources.
- 03Quest progression

- 04Army production
- Production choices supply an army with weapons and abilities for tactical battles.
