What is Trench Run?
Trench Run is a casual multiplayer shooter built around four-player couch matches, with optional bots, online multiplayer, and Steam Remote Play Together.
Players choose from five classes—Assault, Sniper, Demolitions, Commando, or Medic—each with special skills, then fight across semi-random maps that can be destroyed. A player who goes down can use a medikit and return to combat. Between rounds, players can play basketball, visit a bar, buy drinks and cigarettes with coins, customize costumes, and purchase pet animals. The game also includes unusual diversions such as transforming into a shrub, dancing, and buying a pet crocodile. Matches can be played with gamepads, and the game includes a soundtrack described as gypsy jazz.
