Our take on Train Valley
Rather than using a long continuous transport campaign, the game divides railway management into short historical scenarios. Pausing is part of the control structure, allowing construction and scheduling during moments that would otherwise demand real-time traffic handling.
What is Train Valley?
Train Valley is a railway management game about connecting cities with tracks, tunnels, and bridges while routing growing train traffic.
Construction costs vary according to the terrain and existing structures in the way. Switches, sidings, and spurs let multiple trains operate at once, while pausing the game allows track building and scheduling during planning. The story campaign covers four regions and periods: Europe from 1830–1980, America from 1840–1960, the USSR from 1880–1980, and Japan from 1900–2020. Levels range from 5–10 minutes in story mode to 15–20 minutes in random mode. A sandbox-like option removes time and money limits. The game includes 15 train types and 18 car types.
