What is Touhou Endless Dream?
Touhou Endless Dream is a 2D top-down shooter that combines bullet-hell combat with roguelike elements.
Players choose among eight Touhou characters, each with different abilities, then collect weapons and passive or active items to create builds. Random generation changes enemies, bosses, equipment, and map layouts between attempts. During each run, black holes gradually consume the map, requiring route planning, torch lighting, and resistance to the spreading darkness. The game centers on weaving through dense projectile patterns while trying to save the player character and Gensokyo. It is presented as an Early Access title, with the vendor planning ongoing updates, bug fixes, and additional content.
