What is Toaster Defense?

5D shoot-'em-up platforming. Players control Evan, a toaster oven, while defending Tina, a toaster, from robot attacks. Appliance-themed turrets can shoot, slow, or smash enemies, and upgrades allow defenses to be adjusted as enemy forces grow. Evan also fights directly by firing toast, using a dash attack when his belly is empty, or jumping on enemies. The game focuses on choosing turret combinations while actively moving through the battlefield rather than leaving combat entirely to automated defenses. Progression includes 27 hats and 27 skins for Evan, with additional customization items unlocked through play.
