Our take on Timeworks
Its defining mechanic is coordinating actions with earlier versions of the player character, turning each failed or completed attempt into part of the next solution.
What is Timeworks?
Timeworks is a 3D puzzle platformer set in a cartoon workplace where a new employee is sent through time to complete shifts.
Levels support repeated attempts and multiple solutions, including routes aimed at earning an S rank. Earlier versions of the player character can be used to throw objects, build stacks, or make sacrifices that enable later actions. The game contains more than 50 puzzles across three environments, each introducing different mechanics. These include navigating NETS, avoiding adhesive slime, and using handheld time machines. Players also create unique Items while completing quotas for their mysterious employers. Comedic co-workers Audrey and Gary appear alongside music from Philadelphia jazz band Atomic Fizz.
