Our take on The Warden
The defining structure is the recurring drawing: a river and forest remain familiar while a dark, antlered figure appears progressively closer. That visual change connects Ephram’s trance states, fading memories, and the game’s psychological-horror premise.
What is The Warden?
Play as Ephram Elias Barkley, a landowner living alone after losing his family.
His days alternate between clear moments and trance-like states, during which mysterious drawings appear. These images show dark landscapes with a river and forest, along with a large figure whose antlers seem to draw closer in each picture. The game combines first-person psychological horror with puzzles, following Ephram as his memories fade and his mind becomes less stable.
