Our take on The Santa Challenge
Players who want a strict timed challenge may hit a wall at the medal system: gold requires finishing each puzzle in under 4 minutes. The timer is optional, though, so the same players can continue without a time limit and still work through the puzzles.
What is The Santa Challenge?
Join Santa on a check-up tour through 30 winter and Christmas-themed jigsaw puzzles.
Each puzzle awards a gold, silver, or bronze medal based on performance; completing one in under 4 minutes earns gold. There is no time limit, and the picture reference and grid can each be shown or hidden to change the challenge. All puzzles are available from the start, so a difficult one can be skipped for another. Progress saves automatically, allowing a puzzle to be paused and resumed later at the same point. A gallery displays completed puzzles and lets players download their images as desktop wallpapers. The game also includes Christmas music and Steam achievements.
