Our take on The Last Saviour
Instead of keeping its threat visible, this survival shooter makes sound and weapon-color cues central to combat. Night encounters can also shift the setting from one forest to an illusion featuring an Arctic island, coastal city, jungle, or volcano.
What is The Last Saviour?
The Last Saviour is a first-person survival shooter set in an unfamiliar forest.
The player begins with a rifle, ammunition, provisions, and a small camp, then explores empty houses and the surrounding wilderness. Daylight offers a different atmosphere from the dangerous nights, when a werewolf may appear. The creature cannot be seen directly, so footsteps and roars provide audio clues. The rifle changes color to signal its proximity: yellow means it is nearby, while red indicates that it is time to fire. An encounter can place the player in an illusion featuring locations such as an Arctic island, the Wild West, a coastal city, tropical jungle, ocean cliffs, or a volcano.
How The Last Saviour plays
- 01Unseen Werewolf
- The enemy is detected through sounds and rifle color signals rather than direct visual tracking.
- 02Night Encounters
- The werewolf can be encountered only after night falls in the forest.
- 03World-Spanning Illusions
- A werewolf encounter can lead to dream locations including an Arctic island, tropical jungle, and destructive volcano.
- 04Survival Supplies
- The starting equipment includes a rifle, ammunition, provisions, and a small camp.
The Last Saviour compared to similar games
