Skip it if you…
Saves you a refund- Players seeking a complete story immediately may stop at the currently available routes and planned content

- Readers who do not want a recommended volume-by-volume reading order may find the serial structure restrictive
Our take on The Good People (Na Daoine Maithe)
The likely bounce point is the unfinished route structure: only Shae and Maeve's routes and Brigid's side story are currently playable, while Flannán and Aífe's routes remain in development. Readers expecting the full cast's stories at purchase will encounter the early-access boundary first.
What is The Good People (Na Daoine Maithe)?
Play as a tenant farmer from mid-19th-century Ireland who is robbed and drawn into Tír na nÓg, a war-torn Celtic Otherworld divided between the Seelie and Unseelie Courts.
The story follows efforts to recover stolen belongings while navigating fairy politics, secrets, and relationships with six members of the Tuatha Dé Danann. Choices support romantic or platonic relationships, and the protagonist can be customized with a nickname, pronouns, and appearance. Current content includes Shae and Maeve's routes, each exceeding 70,000 words, plus a side story about Shae's sister, Brigid. The game is in early access and planned for serial release; Flannán and Aífe's routes are in development. A free demo covers the pre-route opening volume.
