What is The Day Before You Gone?
Nicole, a young woman who discovers magical abilities, loses the man she loves after a natural cataclysm divides an empire and places their peoples on opposing sides.
Set in a medieval fantasy world, the story follows her struggle between accepting fate and attempting to change the past. A karma mechanic connects moral decisions to different endings, while a psychological survey asks questions about personal experiences. The game combines first-person sections with illustrated album sequences, more than 100 background artworks, animations, and video cutscenes. It also includes quick-time events, mini-games, hidden treasure locations with in-game coordinates, a map, built-in achievements, and information about the setting. Music uses 16 live instruments, alongside a soundtrack from a Russian singer and professional Russian voiceover.
