Our take on The Awakening Program
Rather than keeping puzzle solving inside one consistent space, the game splits its central mechanic between two connected realms. Progress depends on tracking one-way effects between them, while recovered memories provide the surrounding narrative structure.
What is The Awakening Program?
The Awakening Program is a first-person puzzle game about a man with an incurable disease who is frozen until a cure is found.
After waking, he enters a simulated reality intended to protect his brain and begins recalling a life he has never lived. Its central mechanic presents two realms at once: actions in the primary memories affect the host, while the reverse does not occur. Story Mode is single-player, with 60 levels and additional challenges. Extras include the Challenge of Master Enzo Sorrentino. Gameplay lasts 8 hours on average, with some players reaching 14 hours. Visual detail increases as memories return. The game is in Early Access.
How The Awakening Program plays

- The game includes 60 levels alongside additional challenge content.
- 03Story Mode
- The main game mode supports a single player.
- 04Memory-Based Visuals
- Visual detail increases as the protagonist regains access to memories.
