Our take on Systematic Immunity
The defining constraint is that each white blood cell can eliminate only one germ. That turns every casualty into a lasting tactical cost while the team moves through the infected body.
What is Systematic Immunity?
Systematic Immunity is a precision platformer set within an infected human body.
A team of 20 white blood cells must move through hostile tissue while stopping a germ that is producing more germs. Movement includes running, jumping, rolling, floating, bouncing, and teleportation. Each cell can eliminate only one germ, making casualties part of the challenge. The game contains 75 levels across three organs, with a boss germ in each organ. Collectible information snippets cover the human immune system and biology. Additional levels can be unlocked, each with its own information snippets. A level editor allows custom stages to be created, played, and shared. Controls support keyboard input and Xbox 360 or Xbox One controllers.
How Systematic Immunity plays
- 01Limited cell attacks
- Every white blood cell can destroy only one germ, so losing cells affects the remaining team.
- 02Three-organ campaign
- The main progression contains 75 stages distributed across three organs, with a boss germ in each area.
- 03Biology collectibles
- Information snippets about immunity and biology appear as collectibles during play.
- 04Custom level editor
- Players can build stages, play them, and share their creations.
- 05Controller support
- Input is available through a keyboard or an Xbox 360/Xbox One controller.
Systematic Immunity compared to similar games
Systematic Immunity centers on precision platforming through 75 levels in three organs, with limited-use white blood cells and biology collectibles. SUPER CHICKEN JUMPER combines runner movement with shooting, while Sundered®: Eldritch Edition is a chaotic metroidvania rather than a level-based immune-system platformer.
