Our take on Sunshower
The focused arcade structure trades broad progression for repeatable score runs. Customization and achievements add targets, but the central play remains centered on surviving rainfall, collecting drops, and improving leaderboard results.
What is Sunshower?
Sunshower is a casual arcade action game about Hinata, a robot trying to survive a rainstorm.
A plant on the robot’s head reaches upward while play focuses on carrying drops, collecting power-ups, and combining them into chains. Power-ups can increase carrying strength, raise speed, or provide an umbrella that deflects one drop. Runs feature changing watercolor artwork and new music as scores rise. The game includes 8 customization options, an alternate single-player mode with higher difficulty, online leaderboards, 12 Steam achievements, and a shared global drop counter. Local co-op supports two players on one keyboard or separate controllers, while Steam Remote Play enables online co-op.
