SimulationIs Street Legal 1: REVision worth it for you?
We tell you who should skip it, too.
Play it if you…
Good fit- Racing simulation fans who want detailed mechanical tuning rather than only track driving
- Players who enjoy unforgiving damage systems and limited-margin career progression
- Mod users and car builders who want extensive parts, painting, and garage customization
Skip it if you…
Saves you a refund- Players seeking a forgiving racer, since collisions and wear can permanently affect individual parts and a cashless wreck can end a run
- Players wanting a short, purely arcade-focused session, since tuning, repairs, route navigation, and vehicle upkeep occupy much of the experience
- Players looking for horse racing, drone racing, or off-road expedition driving rather than street-based car racing
Our take on Street Legal 1: REVision
The detailed damage and mechanical simulation creates a demanding upkeep burden: speed, crashes, and cornering loads can wear or break separate components, so racing is tied to continual rebuilding and repair.
What is Street Legal 1: REVision?
Street Legal 1: REVision is a street-racing simulation built around detailed vehicle construction, driving, and permanent mechanical damage.
Players dismantle cars in a 3D garage, replace individual components, and tune suspension, engines, and other systems before entering point-to-point races across Valo City. The career lasts 2–8 hours and unlocks vehicles, engine types, and city districts. Sixteen cars and more than 1000 parts support different builds, while dynamic race routes, traffic, police, and adjustable damage settings shape each event. Wear affects separate components, and collisions can deform bodywork, chassis, and attached parts. The REVision Edition adds mod support, a Junkman Career, career mutators, improved AI, expanded parts, first-person garage and street exploration, Workshop support, and visual and engine updates.
How Street Legal 1: REVision plays

- 03Large Parts Catalog
- Sixteen vehicles can be rebuilt with more than 1000 parts to buy, exchange, damage, and repair.
- 04Career Progression
- Point-to-point races unlock additional cars, engine types, and areas of Valo City across a 2–8 hour career.
