Skip it if you…
Saves you a refund- Players seeking a relaxed survival experience may find the scarce resources, dangerous wildlife, and unforgiving climate demanding.

- Players who prefer modern settings may not want a game centered on Cro-Magnons, Neanderthals, and Pleistocene wildlife.
Our take on Stone Rage
The focus on survival systems and construction gives up a tightly directed progression. Players must manage basic needs, gather materials, and establish a home while exploring, rather than following a clearly defined sequence of objectives.
What is Stone Rage?
Stone Rage is an open-world survival game set in the Pleistocene era.
Players choose a Cro-Magnon or Neanderthal and manage food, water, shelter, and materials while facing dangerous animals, scarce resources, and an unforgiving climate. Scavenged fiber, hide, fur, bone, and stone can become clothing, tools, weapons, packs, and other crafted items. The game includes more than 30 square kilometers of varied terrain, including jungles, deserts, forests, oases, and stone formations. Players can construct homes ranging from pre-modeled huts to custom fortresses, furnish interiors, establish territory, and add defensive structures. Summoning circles allow transformation into animals such as saber-toothed cats and mammoths, while hunting parties let players join tribemates on hunts.
