Our take on Spooky Men
Instead of keeping the threat as an enemy controlled by the game, Spooky Men gives one player the ghost role and makes the remaining players work together as humans. That changes the usual cooperative survival-horror setup into a contest between a hunting player and a team trying to escape.
What is Spooky Men?
Spooky Men is an online survival-horror game for 1–8 players set in a haunted house.
As humans, players work together to retrieve items, finish tasks, and escape while a ghost hunts them. The ghost aims to eliminate every other player, using supernatural abilities and stealth to stalk them and manipulate the surroundings. Players explore the property, search rooms for clues and hidden secrets, and use sacred artifacts and rituals as they attempt to exorcise the demon. Items appear in random locations, changing their placement between playthroughs. The game combines cooperative objectives with a player-controlled opposing role, so one participant can hunt the others rather than joining their team.
