Our take on SplitPool
The defining mechanic is ball multiplication: every contact that fails to pocket a ball adds another target to the table, turning missed shots into a growing spatial problem.
What is SplitPool?
SplitPool is an arcade pool game built around ball multiplication.
When a shot touches a ball without pocketing it, another ball appears, increasing the number of targets on the table. Players must combine precise aiming with planning to keep the table from becoming overloaded. Tables vary through different layouts and pocket positions, while colorful splashes mark some splitting events. Special items add tactical options: freezing a ball prevents it from splitting, and an Ice Pick can remove one while leaving a splash. The game includes multiple levels, several table designs, varied carpet settings, visual effects, and achievements that become available through progression.
How SplitPool plays
- 01Ball Multiplication
- An unpocketed ball produces another ball after being hit, increasing the table's pressure.
- 02Special Items
- Freezing stops a ball from multiplying, while an Ice Pick can pop it and create a splash.
- 03Variable Tables
- Different table arrangements and pocket positions change the challenge between levels.
- 04Progression Content
- Multiple levels provide progression toward unlockable achievements.
