Our take on Sparedevil
The bounce point arrives when score chasing becomes the central loop: players must keep strikes, spares, and rapid combos going while enemy pins attack. Anyone uninterested in repeating attempts to improve leaderboard placement may stop at the ranking system.
What is Sparedevil?
Sparedevil is a single-player arcade FPS built around bowling-style scoring.
Players shoot formations of mischievous pins to earn points, with all ten pins cleared in one formation counting as a strike and follow-up throws against remaining pins counting as spares. Score chains raise ranks from D toward S, with S rank awarding a 5x multiplier. Points also provide access to more than 40 upgrades, perks, ball types, and secondary weapons. Four ball powers support charged attacks, aerial slams, and throws against airborne targets. Eight villainous pin types have distinct behaviors, including rocket pins that pursue the player, mortar pins that attack their location, and joker pins that break combos. Scores can be submitted to global and friends leaderboards.
