This 2D fighting game features real-life men in cosplay and is a minor update of “sonohigurashi vs touhou1,” originally sold in 2010.
It has 18 playable characters and 18 stages, each with its own background music. Arcade mode pits the player against the CPU; conditions can lead to boss branches and multiple endings. VS mode supports local one-on-one matches. The story brings Hinamizawa Village and Gensokyo—two worlds that should not meet—together. The game is the first entry in its series and a secondary creation based on the Touhou Project.
