Our take on snatch&swallow
Its defining detail is enemy consumption: the slime can eat most opponents, adopt their appearances, and use their skills, making transformation part of the combat structure.
What is snatch&swallow?
snatch&swallow is an action roguelike centered on a slime that can eat most enemies, take their appearance, and use their skills.
Players rescue small slime companions during levels; these allies attack enemies with their own abilities. Rescued slimes can be combined and upgraded at a slime farm to provide more advanced abilities. The game also includes skill and slime merchants, parkour sections, and possession mechanics. An unlockable building becomes a taxi that the player can possess to kill zombies. A separate devour mini-game turns the slime into a black hole that consumes every prop on the map. Progression involves choosing objects to possess and beneficial attributes.
