Choices shape the story, with hundreds of decisions and many possible paths. The city contains dozens of characters with individual personalities, schedules, and opinions of Squidley. Investigation involves visiting locations, examining the case, interviewing people, and identifying suspects, though the case can also be ignored. Squidley’s Strength, Investigation, and Handiness stats must be balanced alongside rest and food, which affect his abilities and health.
