Command several forces in a Three Kingdoms-themed strategy game structured around city and territory capture.
City administration is simplified: governors develop cities according to their attributes, while generals recover 30% of their health each round and recruit from the population. Each general has three personality traits that affect development, persuasion, escape, or battlefield control. Battles use terrain such as woods, mountains, rivers, deserts, and city walls, with different effects on movement, range, and damage. Generals can use intelligence-based strategies during combat, while equipment and six artifact types add special effects. A built-in editor lets players change characters, cities, and terrain in existing scripts or create new scripts, then export them locally for sharing.
