Our take on Sail and Sacrifice
Rather than limiting pirate role-play to ship battles, the game combines naval combat with land exploration, crew administration, faction choices, tavern activities, and visits to locations such as temples and a royal palace.
What is Sail and Sacrifice?
Sail and Sacrifice is an open-world pirate RPG combining naval and land combat.
Players assemble a crew of pirates, natives, and Spaniards, select a First Mate, set crew shares, and lead the group into battle. Exploration spans 25 islands with tribal, pirate, and Spanish settlements, wildlife, temples, and other locations. Ships, treasure, and weapon types support progression through combat at sea and on land. The story changes according to chosen alliances in a conflict involving Kalinago natives, Captain Warden, and Spanish Prince Burgés. The game also includes tavern activities, sea shanties, conversations, ancient artifacts, and visits to a Spanish palace.
