What is Sahara's Underworld?
Sahara's Underworld is a roguelike dungeon crawler set in a forgotten temple beneath the Sahara desert.
Play as a descendant of the ancient Egyptian semigods, searching for the lost relics of Horus. The temple combines randomly arranged dungeons with authored maps, creating rooms filled with enemies, puzzles, obstacles, illusions, secrets, and other hazards. Energy essences and scattered fragments of light and darkness can be absorbed to activate distinctive skills. Some rooms let the player select which challenges will appear in the following dungeon. Progress therefore centers on exploring temple corridors, confronting guarded areas, solving environmental problems, and choosing how to approach subsequent procedural runs.
