What is Rumu?
Rumu is a single-player adventure about a robot vacuum cleaner becoming sentient.
Players explore an automated home built by David and Cecily, with Sabrina, the house AI, overseeing Rumu alongside semi-intelligent devices and Ada the cat. When curiosity leads Rumu away from routine cleaning, the story presents moral dilemmas and secrets Sabrina has kept. Point-and-click puzzles guide exploration through a cozy, isometric-style dollhouse setting. The narrative follows Rumu from household maintenance tasks toward uncovering the truth, with performances by Allegra Clark, Larissa Gallagher, and Grant George, and an original score by Matt Mclean. The game includes English subtitles.
