Our take on Revenant : In Memory Of The Day
The defining structure is a corridor-based search where each stage asks for one judgment: continue if nothing is wrong, or turn toward the exit after detecting an anomaly. That repeated observation-and-response loop shapes the entire experience.
What is Revenant : In Memory Of The Day?
A mother searching for her missing child follows traces to forest ruins linked to a spirit that targets children.
After hearing a familiar voice, she becomes trapped in a dark corridor that seems to continue without end. Progress depends on carefully examining each stage and spotting anything unusual in the surroundings. When no clue or anomaly appears, continue forward. When something seems wrong, return toward the exit. The corridor’s inhabitants may attempt to mislead the search, so observation is central to each decision. Movement uses W, A, S, and D; Left Shift controls walking, F activates the flashlight, and the mouse handles interaction, cancellation, and rotation reset.
How Revenant : In Memory Of The Day plays
- 01Anomaly Investigation
- Stages require close observation to determine whether the surroundings contain a clue or something unusual.
- 02Branching Exit Choice
- The correct response changes according to what is found: continue onward when nothing appears, or head back when an anomaly is noticed.
- 03Dark Corridor Setting
- The search takes place inside a confined passage connected to forest ruins and a child-focused spirit rumor.
- 04First-Person Controls
- The control scheme includes keyboard movement, walking, a flashlight, mouse interaction, and rotation reset.
