Our take on ReVeN: XBridge
Rather than focusing on a fixed campaign, the game places player-authored stages and bosses at the center of its structure. It combines 2D shooting with publishing, scoring, voting, chat, and faction collaboration, adding community creation to the genre’s usual combat loop.
What is ReVeN: XBridge?
ReVeN: XBridge is an online 2D shooter set in a science-fiction universe.
Players create levels and bosses with the built-in editor, share them online, and play stages made by others while competing for scores. Conquest mode awards experience and money for defeating player-created levels; these resources can unlock units for an armada. Ships can also be unlocked, while weapons, armor, and abilities can be crafted. Players can create pilot avatars, add friends or rivals, chat in-game, and collaborate on faction armadas. Custom mode supports player-made armadas and challenges for friends, with community voting for selected creations. The game presents both casual and hardcore play options.
