Our take on Re:Flex
Rather than using a conventional stage, level, or campaign structure, Re:Flex centers each challenge on reactors synchronized to music. Its editor also replaces a fixed soundtrack-and-rules format with player-selected songs and logic, making customization part of the genre structure.
What is Re:Flex?
Re:Flex is a rhythm action game built around mouse interaction.
Reactors appear in time with music and move through the mouse as players respond to their patterns. Paran requires circular movement to the beat, Triout involves breaking triangles, Han focuses on avoiding timed explosions, and Vizet uses blinks to evade targeting missiles. Reactor designs add variations, such as shooting-star explosions for Paran and defensive objects for Triout. Challenge Mode combines different music and logic, while the editor allows any song to be paired with any available logic.
