Our take on Raindancer
The defining constraint is one-hit-death combat: Raindancer builds its boss-rush challenge around fast reactions, with five distinct encounters of increasing difficulty.
What is Raindancer?
Raindancer follows Bramble, brought back from death by the Rain and sent to defeat the leaders of three rival tribes and cleanse their corruption.
This boss-rush action adventure has five distinct battles, with each encounter raising the difficulty. Combat moves quickly and depends on reaction time. Play with a mouse and keyboard or a gamepad; on gamepad, one stick moves Bramble while the other aims. Blessings gained from defeated enemies alter Bramble’s fighting style. The game includes local co-op for two players and unfolds in a hand-painted setting filled with monstrous inhabitants, illustrated by Vincent Van Hoof. Composer Julian Crowhurst provides the music and environmental audio.
