What is Rain Runner?
Rain Runner is a short first-person speedrunning game controlled entirely with a mouse.
Movement follows the direction of the player’s view while targets must be shot and platform sections crossed at speed. Its 25 handcrafted levels are built around repeated attempts: run, die, learn, and try again. There are no checkpoints, saves, or pauses, and the intended session can be completed in about 30 minutes. Players can continue replaying for a greater challenge and compete on a Steam leaderboard. The game includes six original soundtrack tracks, achievements, and meta-dialogue. Each run combines constant forward motion, aiming, shooting, and dashing through demanding platform layouts.
