Our take on Race Condition
Instead of limiting arcade racing to standalone events, the game places its low-poly open-wheel competition inside a rookie’s world-tour climb. Weather changes, a recurring rival, driver progression, and local split-screen play add structure around the races.
What is Race Condition?
Race Condition casts players as a rookie in a competitive open-wheel league with a suspiciously strong rival.
The World Tour includes 21 tracks across 11 destinations, with sun, rain, fog, snow, daytime, and nighttime conditions. Progressing through the tour raises Driver Level and unlocks new tracks. Time Trial provides a separate format for pursuing lap records, while split-screen racing supports 2–4 simultaneous players. AI-controlled cars use the same physics model as the player’s car. Keyboard and controller inputs are supported, including mixed input during split-screen play. Online leaderboards let players compare results with other drivers and global track records.
