Our take on Quantum Velocity
The bounce point is controller support: racing offers only partial controller compatibility, while the mouse remains necessary for some menus. Players who require full gamepad coverage may hit that limitation before reaching the track.
What is Quantum Velocity?
Quantum Velocity presents high-speed races in a futuristic setting, with solo events against as many as 8 computer-controlled rivals and online competitions for up to 8 additional players.
Global rankings record competitive results. Over 200 vehicles can be unlocked, each differing in top speed, acceleration, handling, and braking. More than 35 courses are available, with individual music for each one. The Extras section includes Galactic Arcade, four credit-rewarding mini-games, and a player for the game's music. Racing supports keyboard input and limited controller functionality, while some menus use the mouse. The game is limited to 16:9 display resolutions and includes Steam Achievements.
