Players command Eliot Ness and the Untouchables through missions involving stealth, silent takedowns, and diversions. Locations provide hiding places, alternate routes, and distractions, while enemies detect intruders through sight, hearing, and smell. Ness works alongside specialists including Malone B. Clonan, a direct and forceful veteran, and Frank E. Eager, a discreet sniper. Each character has different strengths and weaknesses, requiring tailored team strategies.
