Our take on PRISONER 17
The focus on traps, timed runs, and escalating stages gives the game a clear obstacle-course structure, but leaves less room for exploration or varied mission types. The first-person viewpoint and specialized jetpack sections further center play on movement through hazards.
What is PRISONER 17?
Prisoner 17 is a first-person action platformer built around an In Death Run mode.
Players control a prisoner attempting to earn freedom by completing a series of tests. The game combines running with trap avoidance, drone destruction, maze navigation, and jetpack-assisted double jumps on special stages. It contains 20 long levels set in a tropical environment, with more than 70 trap types appearing in different combinations. Trap difficulty varies, and the challenge increases from one level to the next. A science-fiction soundtrack accompanies the stages.
