What is PolyZ?
PolyZ is a persistent-world survival game set on a quarantined island after a catastrophic event.
Factions search the area for resources, artifacts, and other sources of power while pursuing separate agendas. Survival combines player-versus-player and player-versus-environment encounters with infected zombies. Players gather wood, stone, metals, and other materials, then use them for crafting and constructing bases from scavenged supplies. A wound-based health system models injuries beyond simple hit points, requiring treatment to keep characters and teammates in fighting condition. Movement includes vaulting and mantling across obstacles, while changing daylight affects how the island is approached. An inventory grid organizes collected equipment and supplies during exploration and scavenging.
